We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items to ensure your skincare journey remains pure and worry-free.

Return Process

    Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return, or email our support team with your order ID.

    Upload a clear photo or video of the product, especially in cases of damage or leakage, to help our team verify the request within 24-48 hours.

    Reverse Pickup

    Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address; please ensure the product is packed in its original Soulflower packaging.

    Refund Processing

    After the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
